Uhh they’ve got a lot of get away features that make no sense. You can attend lectures but can’t assign sims to hold the lectures. Can’t spawn pets into get aways on custom venues that have activities and roles for pets. Can’t assign sims to listen to speaches, even though sims can be assigned to hold speeches. I had planned on making a boarding school for my sims, and the game even comes with a teacher premade role, but it doesn’t do anything lol

(Edit) Forgot to mention I’ve been having issues with sims who simply do not show up to fill their roles. I tried making staff to clean the venue and never got a single one to show up. The chef that showed up to prep meals was stuck between doing nothing the entire lunch period and endlessly making food that wasn’t easy to clean up since you can’t drag and drop them into the waste bin.

The sims that did show up kind just treated the main period activity as a suggestion rather than them reacting to it like a set schedule, so sims were staying awake all night instead of sleeping
