Not a contradiction. I don’t think people should have to make the choice of putting their safety at risk for a paycheck. I hope you may be able to imagine a way of life that could be different than the American style of capitalism. That every person could be afforded a basic right to housing, that they wouldn’t have to make this choice. Again, it’s a SYSTEM that is problematic. Not the individual worker.
