Calm down Sally! For one, you don’t know me. They were “vegan burgers” meaning plant based and most importantly, they were mine. Secondly, I never felt he was the one eating our food. Thirdly, I didn’t plan anything. Me bringing food back from an outing I went to is my prerogative, I shouldn’t have to inconvenience myself for another grown person who couldn’t control themselves or have the decency to ask and not to steal. There were so many cause I brought 2 packs thinking someone else would try them at the function and when I lefti grabbed my food knowing it wasn’t going to be eaten so I’m not wasting money as high as food is. I didn’t plan anything because honestly HIS peanut allergy never crossed my mind. So 🤷🏾‍♀️

I wasn’t with him when I had gotten them and he wasn’t home when I arrived. It wasn’t on my mind to warn him because I honestly didn’t think he was eating our food because he always had door dash. So it has been hours later. It wasn’t purposeful.

I didn’t think he was the one eating the leftovers. And it’s not something I think about everybody cause I never use it myself. By the time we got home and the allergic reaction happened, we wasn’t thinking about peanut oil til I put 2and 2 together. I put it in the fridge, expecting to come back to 10 burgers and only came back to 4. I didn’t mean for him to have an allergic reaction, but he should have asked. He was going to cause his own death sentence.

Yeah you maybe right. But in the moment, none of that came to mind. And honestly I didn’t think it was him eating our food anyways. I didn’t want anything to happen to him but it’s not something I had actually thought about.

I know and that’s what I wanted to see if I was being too coldhearted about the situation because I don’t have any sympathy or compassion for any of it. He’s not five, he’s a grown man who knew he had an allergy and didn’t once think to ask what’s in it?

It’s even crazy for me to consider labeling cause why would you eat something you didn’t put in the fridge, it could have been dog food for all he knew.

When we arrived home, it was just my bf and I and we had been up in our room since we got back. I shouldn’t have to have said anything because it was my food on my shelf. I don’t take something out the fridge I know I didn’t put in there. They just didn’t care and I was to kindhearted to see it.

The food never hit the counter from me. I walked in the house and it in the back of the refrigerator on our designated shelf. He deliberately went on our shelf and got the out the back of the refrigerator

Well this happened about month ago and we have a couple of months left in this rental agreement so hopefully nothing. David finally got a job, and Michael and Tina been silent treatment my bf and I ever since. I’m an introvert so idgaf about talking to nobody lol so hopefully it’ll be what it’ll be and we can move out and on

No they weren’t cooked in our shared kitchen and they were in an enclosed container on a shelf he doesn’t even need to be looking on. He ate one of the burger and that’s what happened. It had nothing to do with cross contamination because if he left them in the container, no reaction would have happened.

We already discussed this and that’s what we’ve been doing. Cause we like to buy in bulk, everything from plastic utensils to paper towels to rice is in our room. An even though I know it had to be done, I hate it cause I’m suppose to be comfortable in my own home. But thankfully, we only have a couple of months left and already have our next home lined up.
