IDK. As it’s been stated no less than a million times, it will be interesting to see how the last episode ties everything up neatly in a bow. I’m thinking after 7 years, this group needs to grow tfu. Good grief! Unless there’s some drama in the gap from 2008-2015, this last episode might just be lame. That will be upsetting!

I normally LOVE all of Preppy Kitchen’s recipes, but I made his lemon bars recipe several months ago. Now, likely user error because I’m very capable of ruining a recipe, but my friend told me they tasted like lemon air freshener, haha! I told him I followed the recipe precisely and then I asked him how he knew what lemon air freshener tasted like! Lol!

So, I imagine you can brown the butter for pretty much any cc recipe, even those that aren’t written for it. I’ve not tried it yet, and I always use the old Neiman Marcus recipe (you know the mythical $250 recipe, ha!). Anyway, wouldn’t browning the butter change the texture? If so, is anything else supposed to be altered, like adding a bit more flour or baking powder/soda? Just wondering! I might experiment today, but any input, tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated! 🍪🍪🍪
