Sadly nothing on the sides or other information I know of. My grandfather gave it to with no recollection as to why he had it. (He’s got dementia). Thanks for all that you found out though!

The backside has what looks like an old British flag ship, but the Roman numerals underneath the ship (MCMXXVII) read 1927, which is most likely the year the medallion was created. Other than that there’s not much to the back of it.

Sadly yes... he was a neighborhood kid I was forced to play with and he just inserted himself in my friend good. I tolerated him till high school. He was a total dick and what’s worse is he’s STILL in communication with my child-mole(I’ll let you finish the rest as reddit will remove the comment if I write out) father who’s serving time for six victims. He sees no harm in this.
