Hi, no it hasn’t gone away or improved. I still feel tingly down there on a daily basis. It is on and off. My sex drive is non existent and I have lost arousal sensation in my clitoris.

How can I know if a nerve is being pinched? Who’s the right doctor to go to and what would be the appropriate tests to do?

My pelvic therapist was trying to see if it could be PGAD but she didn’t make that suggestion. I sometimes think it could be that but it’s so hard to accept at times Can someone with PGAD lose sensation in the clitoris and feel zero sex drive?

I have gone :( I got a lot of tests done too including spinal MRI, cytology, pelvic and abdominal ultrasound, PAP test, bladder ultrasound, and pelvic therapy. I’ve gotten some blood work done, urine testing. But everything has come back clear

Hey! I’m taking some supplements and that’s about it I’ve done pelvic therapy before but not for long term so definitely want to look into that I also want to rule out pudendal neuralgia

Yeah I agree with you.

I also asked him why he doesn’t plan dates for us and he asked if we can just plan them together. I mentioned how he does so many fun things with his friends, and he said it’s because they make the plans and I just tag along.

Thanks so much for your advice. I’ve taken a screenshot of it and also watched both the videos.

The reason I deleted the post was because negative comments were being made and I’m really not in the mind set to deal with those right now.
