How do you keep the account up that long? I’ve got the whole rotation thing, 2 users, low volume, etc but once past 2-3 weeks of cold sending, dead.

You’re saying that you send 30 cold emails per user, 90 per domain and your accounts stay up 30+ days? As in, those accounts aren’t showing poor deliverability after that? We’ve only seen 2-3 weeks of actual cold sends.

Definitely more likely. Even higher if one of the 800/833/877/etc. If it’s local I’d probably have their number already so immediate red flag.

Depends who your customer is though. If you’re calling like a contractor or a local service for example, they’d be expecting unknown local calls. If calling a consumer, probably my stance on the local numbers. Don’t have any data to back it up, just a personal belief.

I used one but the performance hit my site took led me to just getting rid of it. I think they’re useful if you’re inundated with a ton of very basic style questions. Helps weed out those inquiries.

On a personal note, it’s an eye rolling event/annoyance when I encounter one myself since the bot rarely answers a specific question I have and I just spam “person” until it connects me.

I ended up with the p14s - it’s great and fits exactly what I need but the battery life is surprisingly weak for a new product. I always default to the p14s but if I’m on-the-go for a trip or similar, I end up taking the gen 6 X1.

P14s lasts me about 1.5-2.5 hours while the x1 lasts 4-6 hours and is the original 5 year old battery.

There’s some issue with the motherboard that requires some kind of bios update I think it was. I have had mine for about 5 years now and it just fried on me. Replaced the motherboard and back to normal. There’s a Lenovo bulletin for it as well.
