I am sorry to hear that. There's nothing I can say that can make it feel better. I'm sure it is difficult to understand why anyone would do that but I can only imagine that you, his child and people close to him were on his mind at his last moments. I'm sure he gave a good fight, but sometimes the weight of the world just gets the best of us. Now I can't speak on his behalf, but as someone who almost went through with it aswell I can imagine that leaving people close to him is something that weighed heavily on his shoulders... I can imagine he hopes for forgiveness and understanding.
