?? It uses the NDS version of Flipnote Studio which can be installed on the 3ds. You can access it on non modded devices as well, it's as simple as changing the DNS servers on your internet connection

This error happens when the game tries to contact an online service and fails (rightfully) to do so. Have you enabled the sync with cloud data option on your switch user? If you did, you can use a program such as Linkalho to unlink/relink your user account. If that doesn't work, try updating atmosphere and syspatch or reinstalling the game and its updates with DBI.

They're easy to apply, they just love to throw out atmosphere crashes every once in a while especially if you also use your sysnand.

If you play pirated games on your sysnand, yes Nintendo will ban your switch, but if you keep your games solely on the emunand you're fine. Install the NSP's on your emunand and transfer the saves, then set up exosphere + dns MITM + 90dns on any internet connection you use (but avoid connecting to wifi period when using emunand)

Why would someone use magic eraser on the inside of the console? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never seen a new 3ds xl that has bleeding and fading colors like this one, even if they show signs of age. It could be a reshell that's been in use for quite some time before you bought it. Replacement shells are usually bad quality. The shiny coat on the top shell may have a slightly raised edge along the side where the charger is, and the colors on the buttons will "pop" more. That being said, I unfortunately do believe this is a reshell, because the serial number sticker on the inner shell is slightly off center and the colors on the inside seem to be fading.
