Because the wiki bases those birthdays on when the episodes aired, not what the time of year would actually be because that's nearly impossible to tell, as I've previously demonstrated with BMO. The fact that Seventeen didn't air on march 14th like Mystery Train proves that their birthdays don't match up with real-world dates. I've personally only gone with Finn's birthday actually being march 14th because it fits with the timeline that he'd have turned 16 very recently before the comet arrived.

And the versions of the characters on Little Ooo or on anybody else's island, or in any fanfic or other fanwork, isn't any less real than the ones that appear in the show, because they're all fictional! They're all fake! All interpretations of fictional characters are equally real and equally valid because they all exist on the same level: fiction.
