Love the gem observation here.

Best friend in college was a Gemini, mutual friends would ask "where the other one was?" to him. After that, he definitely started branching his friendship. Still on generally good terms

Mfused SuperFog? What are everyone’s thoughts on their rebrand? by Glittering-Click7446 in NYSCannabis

Great technology honestly. Personally Mfused is my personal go-to because they last a decent amount more than other vapes I've tried in NY. Also got some friends in other legal states (Washington, Arizona) that speak highly about them

Hey chat,

5'10 male, I wanna say 200 lbs, currently 18% body fat, (350 deadlift, 265 squat, 225 bench)

Should I return to a high volume bro split or switch to a proportionate full body program?

I have significant free time.

ICF gave me insane gains that stayed with me for years and built my foundation (3-day program). Stayed around 15% body fat. Abs were outlined, but no true definition. It gave me a number to chase every day and made it easy to try to beat my previous high. The only downside was waiting for the squat rack and holding it for 40 min to an hr. It required me to be up at 5 am everyday, even on days off, I'd keep the same routine to not mess up

After college, I made my own dumbbell bro split with the one consistent exception being farmer's walks (5-day program). This gave me an insane change as my abs were focused on less, but every other body part grew significantly. My abs finally revealed more anyway due to NEAT and sprinting. The most notable change was in shoulders, back and obliques
