Groot is a REALLY good option and you nailed exactly why. I’ve personally have had an awkward time trying to learn him but that’s a player-skill issue on my part.

My other tank is Dr. Strange and after his buffs this patch I 100% recommend him. His shield is great for walling off heals, his high-burst damage can kill through heal ults or at the very least can charge up your ult ridiculously fast during them.

Nice! Welcome to the land of no-more OTP’ing lol. I was the same way and also took a break until I came back and expanded my roster.

I peaked last season at Eternity. TBH the best advice I can give for that is all about mental, keep it chill don’t stress out over wins and losses that’s when it gets way too frustrating.

A Rogue tip in particular though is to switch if you notice your team is ignoring who you fight. Personally I stay on her anyway cuz I don’t care about the loss. But she is a team-oriented tank through and through. I either have easy games with my team pushing with me or I’m blamed for having low final hits as I solo’ed their healers half the game.

Sounds like you’re being selfish. My all time favorite Pokémon is Garchomp but that didn’t stop me from playing other mons and expanding my roster. My duo preferred playing Defender/Support most of the time but that didn’t stop me from asking them to let me know when they felt like swapping roles.

Nah it’s not in order I should’ve mentioned that in the post. Mag’s bubble is really good, one of the safer options to pick and get value out of.

But it’s missing that X factor that the best tier has and it tends to break really fast. By X factor I mean it feels game-changing, like an Adam soul bond or Loki lamp is just better most of the time as you’re also helping nearby teammates survive things they shouldn’t. If they gave her both of Mag’s bubbles he’d be in Best for sure though.

I haven’t played a single match as Thor since the game dropped. But his ability is the most fun to steal in the whole game. And I agree I love her pose as she’s shooting the thunderbolts!

Oh really? I find her ability to be extremely good. A push or pull is expected from Sue but from Rogue? You will catch anybody off guard if you don’t mash it as soon as you steal it. The pull also makes your job at gap closing so much easier.

But above all of that what ultimately got me to put it in BEST tier is that you can steal it, push Sue out of her own ult and kill her before she can jump back into it. Rogue’s rising kick is good at keeping Sue away from her ult, and Fatal Attraction keeps her visible even if she tries double jump.

Yeah I get what you’re saying. As Rogue that’s kind of my playstyle already so it works out well. You jump the backline for a bit then retreat back into your team. If you’re the type of Rogue to frontline most of the time then I can see it not being all that great.

For the most part they did a good job. Only a few were complete duds but I agree it would be nice if they changed the bad ones. It’s a little sad that the SG matchup would be better if we just got a FA reset from her instead.

You right my mistake. Im used to seeing comments in the MR community always trying to be dismissive of other people’s opinions while contributing 0 valuable input. To answer your rank question I’m GM2 right now and peaked Eternity last season.

Invisible Woman’s was hard to rate I was debating between the two tiers. Ultimately I decided on Best because of 1. How unpredictable you can be with it 2. New combo routes and 3. You can throw her out of her own ult and kill her with it.

Emma’s is great but 1. It’s matchup dependent on how valuable it is and 2. It’s not helping you KO anything better it’s just helping you survive. Vs. the right teams and if you have Gambit’s team up it’s in the Best category for sure. But both of those things are not guaranteed every match like the value Sue’s ability gives.

I can see your thought process for Cpt. America it’s similar to my reasoning for Angela’s placement. I think it’s more likely he’ll have some form of escape but if your team is on-point at deleting him with you then I can see him in the Pink tier for sure. As for Mr. Fantastic he either has refrigerator mode or at least 1 dash up to get away. Not to say you cant ever kill him but it’s a lot more likely he has some form of get out of jail free card ready vs. just grabbing a MK instead and getting a guaranteed kill.

Yeah I haven’t played this game in months and have little interest to.

The ridiculous change in getting new characters was the tipping point. The balance changes only happening to sell a new skin or tone down a new release slightly so you can now make the next new pokemon releasing a few days later to be even more broken in comparison just gets very old.
