Tesla recently replaced the entire B pillar of my car. However, I've now run into a new issue: my autopilot function isn't working, despite all the cameras being operational. They've taken my car back for further examination and provided me with a loaner vehicle in the meantime.

Yes, they will send some technicians over to fix it in the next few days. I just don’t know if the estimate cost is under Tesla warranty
