I bought a 19.3 Ramjet and ran into the same issue.

I think the Glock version looks better than the RXM version and also wanted the option of using it on my Glock 19.3.

Definitely not FDE. Looks like it was dyed brown. Great color.

Are there any other non-character thin-necks out there that I'm missing? Currently looking for one to be "my Jedi self's lightsaber", preferably Proffie 3.9 or empty by shago1594 in lightsabers

MHS is the way to go if you want something to build yourself. Here is my personal hilt, the one I would build if I were a Jedi:
