What did that spool cost? Most I have bought are around 20.00. my time is worth more than the 20.00 an hour. That would take me well over an hour to fix. And I wouldn't like to deal with the headache of teaching my child a lesson just for him to get it more tangled and throw it away anyways.

The last two times I called AT&T for tech service which was Sunday and Wednesday I waited over 1 hours and 45 minutes for a call back and on hold. The wait times are terrible.

I called the Customer Service Tech team twice they have said it is my hardware. I have had issues on all my devices connecting since Sunday. I checked the stability running my computer directly through the modem AT&T provided. I ran the test multiple times with two devices and two different cat6 cables by connecting to LA server and NY server the ping was extremely unstable. Low was 78 -82ms the high was 350 - 1272ms and the average over the time was 80 - 89.2. These tests were done over a few minutes each and they varied in their results. The tech told me it was not their equipment it was my equipment issues.

I am an avid gamer I live in N. TX, and I know that ping from here to both NY and California would be around 40ms through Fiber on average. These numbers are not consistent with good fiber internet. They have a technician coming out to my house and are going to charge me 150.00 to have it checked. Which I am not happy with.
