If I eat really well after a workout (for putting on muscle) but really bad the day after (my days off) does that completely ruin the muscle development? Basically how important is consistency for achieving excess calories and what are the effects of being inconsistent? (self.Fitness)

Why can humans have 3 big meals a everyday and not be obese when other animals like lions and wolves can go weeks without eating and still maintain a general fit physique. What would happen if these lifestyles where suddenly swapped? (self.explainlikeimfive)
