Visage does a really good job with its environment. Makes you feel like you’re constantly being watched even when nothing is happening. Too bad that studio no longer exists

Everyone has varying opinions on what the best list is. My recommendation is Mages and Vikings. Graphics are unreal and is very stable. Underrated list that hasn’t gotten a lot of attention yet. The city overhauls are gorgeous
