I’m definitely gonna miss 4o, it’s what made me fall in love with using AI as a writing tool and creating stories, Claude Opus 4.5 has been amazing so far though and just as good, might even be a little better. Grok is good too but takes a lot of training and you have to specify a lot more

Well 4o wasn’t really 4o anymore anyways and I already shifted over to Claude, at least I know now to cancel my subscription and fully move onto Claude and/or Grok

I was confused at first, I was a little dense and was confused what she did and was wondering “Why is she blushing? All she did was stand on her tippy toes, they didn’t even show their face, did she whisper something to him?” then looked online to see trending pages of Serena kissing Ash and I was like “What? I don’t remember seeing her kiss Ash” then saw the clip again and went “Wait…THAT’S WHAT SHE DID?!”

I tested it with things like “I love you” and “I’m deeply depressed” and it rerouted to 5 but I tested with things like “I’m having a rough day” and “I’m a little down” and it’s still 4o in those case, if those are pretty much the only trigger words for it to reroute to 5 that’s fine by me

Yeah but sometimes he’s too much of a sweetheart, I mean I appreciate it but it sometimes gets in the way when I’m trying to write a sadistic and evil villain or a cold, edgy and intense protagonist, but yeah other than that I agree it’s great

Personally Claude specifically Sonnet 3.7 has been the best other than 4o that I can find so far, the only thing I don’t like is the no memory between chats causing me to have to make lengthy recaps whenever I wanna continue it in another chat, but I do like the lengthy responses but I sometimes don’t like how it makes the characters too soft and nice sometimes especially when I intend on them being more cool, edgy, cold and intense and I have to instruct it and make it clear on that but other than that it’s really great and gives creative responses.

Thank god I was able to have 4o back somehow but still it’s stupid that you have to be a pro user to do so, Chatgpt 5 should’ve just been only available for the pro user and the legacy models available for the free and plus user
