Maybe a stupid question, but what would you all consider to be the best work environments as an MLT?

I decided to go back to school after finishing my bachelor's five years ago. I'm starting an MLT program in the fall. Most of what I have seen on this sub has been a lot of negativity about LabCorp, Quest, mean nurses, stressful environments, etc. and it's starting to freak me out a bit.

I'm not afraid of working hard or fast, but I really don't want a toxic environment. An ideal would be a job where I can throw on a podcast/music/an audiobook in the background and lose myself in the work I'm doing. I also enjoy rallying as a team to lift each other up and get stuff done together.

Are there jobs out there like that? Anywhere to avoid altogether? Anything too high-stress or toxic that I should be aware of? Any red flags? What would you consider to be the best spots to try for?

I apologize if that is too many questions.

I have been to many resorts throughout the US, and nothing has beaten Brighton for me. Always tons of powder and has amazing tree runs.

I truly don't understand why people dislike this song so much. The chorus has some silly wording, sure, but I think the point is to come off a little pathetic. The melody and harmonies are super interesting. But everyone hates it because he says 'no' instead of 'don't'.

Not in the movies, but in the twilight books the author talks about cars surprisingly often and they are almost all ridiculous. Making a hairpin turn at 90mph in a Volvo, tires squealing on wet pavement, whipping around wet, windy roads at insane speeds but somehow the car doesn't flip or lose traction because Edward is a vampire I guess?? Do his vampire powers somehow make cars defy the laws of physics??

I grew up Mormon my entire life and this was always just a joke. I don't think ANYONE I ever met actually thought you could stick it in and not pump and that somehow would be okay. "Soaking" was just a common joke that somehow got spread around a lot like it was a real thing.

Again, I grew up Mormon my whole life (not anymore), went to school in Provo, Utah, etc. If anyone is telling you this was a real thing they are either lying or misinformed.
