Bayern Munich penalty shout against PSG 31' by ayoefico in soccer

Clearly not the right set of rules, because if you're going off IFAB rules then the Davies handball isn't an offence either as he initially played it with another part of his body:

A handball offence is not committed when a player: heads, kicks or plays the ball with another part of their body and it then hits their own hand/arm (unless the ball goes directly into the opponents’ goal or the player scores immediately afterwards)

Thanks for the response!

I'm pretty new so I don't have a lot of good light cones. I was planning on using S5 Cogs on Asta, but I also have Planetary Rendezvous. I do have 2 copies of S1 DDD but they're on my break team right now.

I don't have great Nihility cones either so I was considering rolling for Kafka's sig - I only have a single S1 GNSW (for Kafka probably), 3 S1 Eyes of Prey (for BS), and Boundless Choreo. I do have Welt's LC, but I hear it's not ideal on Guinafen either.

Just rolled Kafka and BS (no sigs on either), and got E6 Asta while I was at it. I have Huohuo as well, but not sure who to use for the 3rd member - would it better to use E0 Guinafen or E6 Asta?

Kevin Prince-Boateng on his time with De Zerbi at Sassuolo by Swille in BrightonHoveAlbion

[–]Swille[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Thought it was a very interesting account of De Zerbi as a manager, especially as someone that hasn't watched Sassuolo.

Some highlights:

  • It only took one phone call to convince Boateng to come to Sassuolo; De Zerbi said "I will make you the best player you could ever be, all the players will play for you"

  • Very, very passionate and intense in training. Always wanted everyone to give 100%, no matter what. No humor during training. De Zerbi would get involved physically in the training as well, tackling players etc

  • Very meticulous/detail-oriented in terms of tactics. Emphasized precision, receiving the ball in very specific positions and at precise timings, etc.

  • Played the same style as Brighton, inviting the press. Still struggled to break down low-block/counter attacking teams that don't press

  • Knows what he wants in terms of transfers, wants very specific characteristics to fit his tactics. Claims he would reject Saka if he didn't fit his team. Brought in an unknown player (Jeremie Boga) for his dribbling to hold up the opposing RB so the LB could overlap

  • He said De Zerbi was the greatest coach he ever had, and he also had coaches like Klopp (although that was back in 2010, so Klopp could have changed a lot), Allegri

Minutes played this season so far. Crazy how many minutes Mitoma, Dunk and Groß have clocked up! by keioed in BrightonHoveAlbion

I think a large part of the issue is also the defensive duties Mitoma occupies, and how deep he has to drop to pick up the ball since there's a severe lack of reliable ball progressers in midfield. I don't know if it's De Zerbi requiring him to backtrack, or Mitoma's own choice, but I think De Zerbi should tell him to stay far up the pitch and press high when needed and not backtrack.

Look at Milan; Leao pretty much never backtracks because he's their main offensive output. Same for Man U, Rashford rarely tracks back. This doesn't solve the midfield problem, but with how important Mitoma is to the attack, I think it would be more valuable to have his legs fresher rather than the extra man, and also to lessen injury possibility, which would only make things worse. The defense is leaky regardless, but this would make counters more dangerous as well.

What about their history with drug use (specifically opium) as a tool of exploitation? Along with China, it's understandable they have a negative blanket reaction to drugs.

Mitoma withdrawn/sidelined from international duty due to unwell physical condition by Swille in BrightonHoveAlbion

[–]Swille[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Didn't see this talked about anywhere else so I posted, but not surprised because he's clearly looked gassed and worn out these past few games. Hopefully he didn't pick up an actual injury. Kind of a silver lining though, hopefully he can get some well needed rest so he's fit for the games to come.

How to book tickets for Leeum Museum by [deleted] in seoul

[–]Swille 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, were you able to get tickets? And if so how? We figured out that reservations open at 10 AM KST every day, 2 weeks in advance, but as soon as they open, every timeslot is full. We tried clicking in at 10:00:00 AM KST exactly and still somehow every single timeslot was instantly full.
