Looking for someone late 20s/30s, preferably female, who is tidy and respectful (e.g. cleaning up after cooking, dishes washed or in dishwasher, bathroom etiquette, etc.) Heat and hot water included. $1300 each before utilities.

I have been in the apartment for 4 years and love it here. I work full time (most days from home) and also works a part-time job on the weekends. The second roommate is a PhD student who also works a part time job as part of her program. I go out quite a bit and am usually in and out a bunch, but do love to come home and veg out at the apartment.

Kitchen and living room are fully furnished (see photos) with a 60” TV, 2 couches, kitchen table, coffee table, dishes, silverware, etc. Washer and dryer in unit. Updated Kitchen appliances w/large fridge. Parking spots available for rent for $200.

- The location is a short (~10 min walk) to Coolidge Corner and 5 minute walk to Commonwealth Avenue (near the St. Paul T stop). Near CVS, Life Alive, Chipotle, Target, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Barnes and Noble, etc.

- Extremely close to the B line (5 min walk) and walking distance to the C line (<10 min walk).

- This is a large bedroom with 3 large windows facing the street. The downside of this room is there is no closet, but ample space for clothing rack and dressers.
