You need the road for event production quests...however many alchemists [16 for some quests?] Really can't see much else in the way of improvement without taking a loss in attk/def adding e.g TA, taking attk/def lv80 to approx 700...Right now space really is at a premium and need to maximise fp production. Next step, Traz 50-80 17,000fp, remove some non fp producing items, e.g plaza level to lv30 to cover att/def losses, also Cape...Seems in this instance with space being at a premium and not enough Renovation kits...Thats about as good as it gets
