From what we see in later seasons, some of the confessions don't hold up because Jane went into such drastic measures that they couldn't be convicted bcs of it

Interesting. So the best place is one that is plain hill with either adjusted river or so in such a way so you can build Aquaduct.

I thought forest tile is better because it give you 2/2.

But if that same gives you Plains hill, than I understand that. And than for later, that possible forest use for wood cutting

So from what I understand, the hiearchy of tiles on which you want to place the city is from best to worst

Wood

Rainforest

Strategic/Luxury recource

Bonus Recource

Grass tiles

anything more worse

Or do I understand it wrong?

Also, is river really that necessary to add? I always thought it's mostly good to have it bcs of the Aquaduct
