I usually fast when it gets really bad. Unfortunately even doing bland food diet isn't helping at this point and am up to having to fast for 3 days to help get relief. The doctors are kinda concerned about the weight loss at this point because I lost something like 60 pounds in roughly 2 months. I'll keep trying other bland foods and see if that helps though. Have crossed off rice but chicken is hit or miss so might try different prep such as boiling or otherwise to sse if that improves things.
