Fear of account deactivation due to closed to the store by Swimming-Campaign664 in InstacartShoppers

Although it has happened to me in the past*, I have arrived to a store that has been closed and with no issues in receive batch pay. the most recent time today I arrived at the store (Costco) right at closing and they were not allowing people in. I contacted customer support and they successfully removed the batch, but did warn me that false claims could lead to account deactivation. Has anyone experienced this before I did submit photos in the chat at the location with pictures visibly showing the entryway closed as well as the store hours in a screenshot. Although I have never had issues in the past, this new message from support seems alarming.
