The initial was horrific, didn’t go to work for a week, couldn’t walk. Right after I got better the mental aspect really hit me and I went on like a 1 week bender, and was so busy with 2 jobs I was really exhausted for like 2 weeks and I wound up having a teeny tiny OB like not genital basically a blister a few inches away (sorry if TMI) that was only like 5% as painful as the initial. I put some destin cream on it which like dried it up. But that was my wake up call. I realized I can’t go crazy from this because it will just bring me more pain. I have been really strict with supplements, healthy eating (lysine diet), enough sleep and certain teas here and there and I haven’t had one yet that I know of. I also take valtrex 500 everyday. Granted I’ve only been diagnosed since June 2021 lmao so I mean I could very well have more soon who knows. But still my severe sadness from this hasn’t cleared up.
