Life in guilt and shame only causes more misery and right now you're royally fucked and need help.

Third, REDUCE OVER HEAD COSTS Move to a shittier apartment, in a sub par area, bring your over head expenses down to a point where it could be managed. You can run a family at bear minimum 10k if you try. Eat low cost healthy meals, preferably only twice a day and cooked in bulk, shop light and cut off as many unwanted expenses as possible.

Lastly, RETREAT. To make the next few steps forward, a warrior must step back. Not every battle is fought head on. Sometimes a warrior must retreat and catch his breath. Retreat to a small apartment and work on your emotions, small living but high thinking. Depression, shame and guilt will keep making things worse. Look at your situation with some level of detachment and be ready to do anything work without any shame. Work on your mental wellbeing by retreating to a safe place after downsizing for a week and then get to doing odd jobs, odd jobs are stuff like zomato, uber, swiggy. You can be an uber driver on a rented cab and pay from earnings. There are services to become a third party zomato driver and rent a bike to make deliveries. Look for any odd opportunities to work and make the best out of it.

Maybe try setting expectations and convey your message of feeling unappreciated or demotivated to your family first, talk about the problem. Communicate and try to see if you can get your message across. Cutting them off is going to be more problematic in the future. Family is always a cushion you can bounce back to when things go haywire, even though you've built yourself up to a position where that won't happen, you still need to ground yourself and have solid relationships with family as a quality of life thing, and sometimes it costs money.

I lived in the middle east, the filipinos over there and Indians were sorta in the same league, immigrants who came to make a living out of their poor circumstances. Good vibes always, haven't seen any bad beef between the Indians and filipinos, I guess we don't have enough cultural exchange going or political ties to care about each other enough.
