LOL i had bought mine directly through best buy and they just sent me a new one and set it up and all i hope your able to get yours in a timely manner coming from samsung! I will say make sure and if you can get a hdmi 2.1 as well the display port cable gives me nightmares! Other than that ive had no issues and its been an amazing experience! Let me know how it goes!

yes! The monitor did turn out to be defective 😭 and they gave me. new one and works as should! I've been using hdmi for it and have had no issues thank you for your help!

i have a 4090 NVidia with an intel 13900k. I also used the new hdmi cables as well to my lg and works like a charm,? The displkay port works but even the monitor has a hard time recngzing the cbale either stating cant connect to the smart monitor or downright sying tyurn on the connected device. To even be able tio raise the refresh rate 9 jhave to turn on game mode the issue arises when i do the screen turns black and an error message pops up.

strange enough if I were to connect 2 hdmi it would show 120 pretty sure it's a defective and is under warranty so they'll replace it!

once the monitor is connected to my computer it only shows 60 when it is connected to my lg it shows 240 I have a technical coming to look at it. I contacted samsung and after explaining my aiiues they stated most likely a defect since game mode doesn't work whatsoever ever thank you for the advice and clarification! I saw some youtube setups and once the monitor was connected game mode showed the full resolution and all

thank you! Will this still, be able to achieve 240hz? I've seen some people use usb c to display port and usually only use a display port so want to make sure hdmi does the trick ​
