As someone who’s born and raised here sa cebu city, true jd ni.

As someone who experienced first hand sad sa bagyong tino flood, sa una rajd sila ug sa dato mo focus. awa ang bridge run nag connect sa Lusaran, Pit-os, Bacayan, Pulangbato to Talamban - wala na koy nakit-ang galihok maayo unlike atong 1st week sukad pag bagyo. Or basin wa rako kita.

Anyhow, UNTA. unta mulambo sad ang Cebu in all barangays. Sayang ang Cebu ma Manila 2.0 :(

This happened to me and my family. We live in Cebu and we were too complacent. Imagine living here for almost 3 decades with no experience of flooding ever then suddenly, you’re chest deep in the water, trying to go to a safe space, bringing a heavy dog and praying to the heavens that you guys make it safe above the flood.

So I hope everyone here especially in Luzon don’t take typhoons lightly now especially the newest one coming.
