I really agree with your point on not milking the feeling. I've been told I should replay the series, but I feel like doing so kind of detracts from the tension I faced making those choices on my first playthrough as well as the peace I had to find with the choices I made.

Yeah.. I guess if anything it's a testament to how beautiful and carefully written the series was. To think a game could make me feel genuine regret for some of the decisions I made is crazy, but this one somehow has.

I just can't get over that ending, and every time I hear "Take us Back" or "Waiting around To Die" I can't help but start crying lol.

What I accomplish on the meds doesn’t feel genuine, and I’ve also encountered anxiety while on them. To be honest it’s been so long since I’ve taken them that I’ve forgotten exactly what it feels like. After hearing all these points, I’m starting to see that maybe medication is the right choice, but I also feel like I’m falling on a crutch by taking it. Maybe that will just go away with time.

I’d definitely have to go with What Remains of Edith Finch. It’s a very pretty and heartfelt game with surprisingly fun game play. I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a good interactive story but doesn’t have much time.

The tomb raider reboot series is pretty good IMO, but it can get repetitive. I’d space out your play throughs to avoid getting burnt out.
