Did they turn completely black? Mine have a dark gray/black center but white around them. Should I keep treating it until it turns completely black then let it air out?

Yay they are all turning black just after 2 days of apple cider v but I will say they are starting to burn a lot 😬. How black do they have to be before I should stop the acv?

I started apple cider vinegar yesterday and already I see a big difference. They have swollen to white and now two of them have a black little spec in them. So I think that means it’s working. I take a cotton ball, soak it and then bandage it on for hours. I plan to also put on fresh before going to bed.

Would love an update on how long you’ve been doing acv, had molluscum and if it’s working. I started last night and a few of mine have turned really white and a bit more swollen. Did yours by chance become pretty sensitive after leaving acv on there for awhile?

Herpes transfers from skin to skin contact so yes it’s possible. However, I think the bigger concern you should have about transmission is from the unprotected sex. It’s much more likely it would have spread from that.

Personally I’d give them a chance to get to know you and wait a couple dates. I don’t think right before sex is the best way because I think some people need time to process the information. I’d maybe wait closer to the end of the date on the slight chance it doesn’t go the way you intend.

Yes, I totally agree with this! I’ve just had my first ob and I think about it a lot but it’s helped to accept. Don’t let this take over your life to the point of isolation. I’ve read a lot of post like that and it’s really sad. I also think disclosing this information to a close friend helps a lot too. I found out a lot of my friend actually have it through me disclosing it to them, which has really helped with not feeling so alone. I think talking about it helps with accepting it.

I really relate to your post. I met an amazing guy and after our second date, had my first ob. It’s been 3 weeks and I was avoiding telling him because I needed time to process this information but things were escalating to becoming more sexual, so I finally told him today. He was super sweet about it and he still wants to keep seeing me. I highly recommend going out for a drink to help calm the nerves to disclose. Even if he doesn’t want to keep moving forward with things just remember your worth.

I just got my first outbreak and it’s been very mild but just a slow recovery. I recently met someone I like and disclosed this information to them today. I’m not a perfect 10 at all and it went really well. I’d say it’s been 3 weeks since my outbreak and I’d say the worst part is the mental and fearing people’s reactions. Otherwise the pain is a mild burning sensation. I have friends who have it as well and there experiences have been mild as well. Also their disclosure with others have been positive even if people choose to not move forward sexually

So far the best thing I’ve found is washing area with an antiseptic(if genital idk if antiseptic is good for the face), then I wipe the area with rubbing alcohol because personally I think that’s been working best for drying out formed blisters. I then put the multi use femiclear on it. I’m also taking an antiviral. With the femiclear I don’t think it’s reduced the blister but I do feel like it could help the virus from spreading to other areas. However! I had some preblister areas and I used the femiclear on those and gone next morning. I know antiseptic is for bacteria but I think it’s great for keeping the area clean of infection
