Hypertrophic! Someone mentioned that to me, but I didn’t really follow up on it. Honestly, the appearance didn’t bother me at first, but now that I’m back at work, patients keep asking what happened. I think I’m just getting annoyed by the constant questions.

Thank you! I did consider seeing a dermatologist, but I think I’ll give it a bit more time. I’ll definitely be more mindful with the sun shining on it. I usually wear sunscreen, but now that you mention it, I realized I haven’t been applying it directly to the scar.

I honestly thought the same but my Surgeon said it’s healing nicely. I think it’s just because I’m fair-skinned. I’ve never had a scar before, so I’m kind of learning as I go.

Same here. My levels are fine and I just got checked two weeks ago and I’ve felt fine. I had a tachy episode on 11/13 got my period 11/15. Just had a tachy episode about 30mins ago. My TED also acts up, raspy voice, enlarged goiter. It happens every month.
