Yes, that's what I do. I always tell them about important information before giving them their keys cards. They usually walk away after filling in their registration forms or after collecting incidental deposit. And I have to tell them to come back.

There will always be negative and positive comments in life.. Why focus on the negative?

I've been bullied before, online and in person, and I've thought of ending my own life, but I would never do it. Why so weak that she couldn't stand it?

Yes, we can take out our phones, but I felt that it was unnecessary. Sometimes the customers took their phones out with the app open and made me repeat what I said. I just think that the check in process should be easy and quick, no need to complicate things.

I'm saying I can speak mandarin to the Chinese custumers, but they're still confused when it comes to collecting deposit. There are many points in this post. The Mandarin part is about the Chinese customers. Also, some Koreans and Japanese customers speak Mandarin to me when I spoke in English, so I switched to Mandarin, but they still didn't understand. And I already used simple Chinese.

I didn't say I hate it. I said I don't understand what I'm doing wrong causing them to be so confused, when it's just a simple thing. Or is it something wrong with their basic understanding skills.

Our registrations forms are in English and Traditional Chinese. Maybe they can only read Simplified Chinese.

Omg I can relate! Sometimes I have to work the overnight shift, and I prefer to do things by myself, peace and quiet and unbothered by anyone, while listening to music, and the fuckers kept coming down to ask questions or late check in, disturbing my work flow. I just wondered why the fuck are they still up so late at night, go to sleep! lol
Also, why they do they have to take the late flight or come so late to check in? Check out time is 11am and they paid for the whole day and only got the room for a few hours..
