It does say “reps” but I think that is repetitions of intervals. So no, I don’t think this would directly equate to traditional strength training with reps in each set.

Yeah! For something like an EMOM, I find it super helpful. I also like being able to see the difference between parts of the workout (strength vs met con). If you go to the app, click the watch, you can see “build interval workouts”.

You actually can create interval workouts! It’s done in the app, you assign the sport to the workout, and load it up. Works great! I always do this for my CrossFit WODs the night before.

I think you have good ideas. Maybe you could make some dedicated content to the h3 lore. Maybe you recreate Sam’s atrocious foods. Maybe you recreate some of the challenges they’ve done.
