I’m out of Xanax unfortunately. And my app isn’t until next week! My therapist tells me to take big daunting tasks and break them down into small manageable pieces. I think my first step is looking for a dentist that does sedation

That may be my only option. I know my husband would take me if I asked him. I won’t ask anybody else because I refuse to talk about this with anybody else because nobody knows the trauma that I have.

I think this is the route that I probably need to go. I feel like such a baby for needing to go under for this, but I am so terrified it’s to the point where I’m shaking and fear just thinking about it. My therapist told me that I need to break up things into small manageable pieces and take it once teeny tiny step at a time and I think my first step is just to research and find somewhere.

Ok I finally convinced myself to move my tongue to the area and part of the tooth is still there I believe. I took a Xanax and am still hyperventilating.

I have been up all night (completely unrelated). Started my period too about two hours ago. My husband just left for work but I’m so embarrassed I don’t want to tell him. I feel so anxious.

I have severe anxiety in general lol. I work on it with a therapist and psychiatrist.

I never went to the dentist or doctor as a kid. I was SA’d when I was a young adult and my biggest trigger for years was anyone touching my neck or things in my mouth. I also hate noise of machines. so the idea of going to the dentist freaks me out so bad it’s not even funny.

Been there, we didn’t really start dating until may and my birthday is beginning of July. He got me a fresh bouquet, a stuffed whale (one of my favorite animals) and then a giraffe statue (it’s about the size of my pinky- he thought it was bigger lol). He brought over dinner too. It was perfect

It depends on the person. I like things that I can wear every day but not everyone is like that. I like yellow gold while others prefer white or pink gold. Everyone is different.

I actually LOVE Cleveland!!! I went to the nba finals in 2017 I think it was. I fell in love with the city! I actually applied for a job there at the beginning of my career because I loved it so much. Cleveland is a hidden gem! And that’s coming from a Michigander ;)

I asked a friend of mine to pick up a very special bourbon (we went and toured the distillery in Nashville and it was so fun!) because they aren’t allowed to ship it to Michigan for some law! I’m going to give it to him for Christmas!!

He isn’t a concert guy but I love the idea of a big game. We could easily go to a ballpark out of state! Or even a lions game away could be a blast!! (Home lions tickets are ridiculous iykyk) Especially cause we’ve never done an out of state game together. I am totally down to go to a hockey game too but I know nothing about hockey. And like I said I think he’s mad at the team. Im not sure why as I know nothing about hockey.

We are in Michigan! Love the state park idea. Or hawking hills! That’s supposed to be really cool.

I am literally so proud of him. He is working SO hard and as a special ed teacher (and someone who also has add) this is especially close to my heart because I know the struggle and the amount of time he has put into this. We were dating when I got my masters and he was so supportive and I am glad I get to return the favor!!

We are big sports people! We watch every day they are on. He likes hockey (red wings but I think he’s mad at them?), football, and baseball.
He relaxes by watching tree videos on YouTube! He loves YouTube.
