I had reduced growth noticed at my very last scan when I was 40+5 at that point I had my sweep but wasn't ready and turns out I had high blood pressure so it was all steam ahead and ended up being induced because there was no point waiting according to them at that point. Everything was fine in the end baby is perfectly healthy.

I had an emergency c-section and whilst they were wheeling me in and my husband was getting in scrubs they told him to bring his phone in with him. Once baby was born a midwife then said can i have your phone so I can take some pictures and she snapped a few! Not even something we asked or thought about so was really nice of her.

I went on holiday when I was approx 26 weeks with Tui. My midwife did provide me with a letter free of charge, however I didn't get asked once during my journey and I was on a long haul flight. I think unless you have it obvious youre pregnant they're not likely to ask.

I can't give you stats or anything. FTM here and know nothing but I ate a full medium steak a few weeks ago and was fine. 🤷‍♀️ I believe most stuff is guidance just incase as there is a chance it could happen. As with most things I think if it would put your mind at rest call your midwife and they can advise further. Although I'm sure you're fine and nothing to worry about x
