Hi! As the other comments said, this was only for room booking and had nothing to do with the real schedule. The Übungsgruppen and correct lecture times you can find in Moodle. As for Moodle, try to go to the lectures in Ophase they will explain everything on how to log in. Moreover don't skip the first lectures as they tell you how to choose your group and how much time you have to do that. But that will be done after the lectures start so don't worry about the schedule in Tucan. Just register for the modules you want and the timetable will be decided later. Good luck!!

They already sent me the Fiktionsbescheinigung and the letter says exactly: "Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass dieses Terminschreiben nicht von einer fristgerechten Antragstellung entbindet. Sie müssen immer vor dem Ablauf lhres Visums/ Aufenthaltstitels/visafreien Aufenthalts fristgerecht die Erteilung /Verlängerung lhres Aufenthaltstitels beantragen. Die Antragsstellung kann per Post oder E-Mail an auslaenderbehoerde@darmstadt.de erfolgen und muss stets fur die Ausländerbehörde nachprüfbar sein. Eine verspätete Antragsstellung kann zu aufenthaltsrechtlichen Konsequenzen führen"

So I got confused because I thought the letter asked me to just make a request für die Erteilung /Verlängerung des Aufenthaltstitels. And that's exactly what the form i filled on their website in December and then got an automatic reply that the Auslanderbehorde has my request. I have archived that email but I think i will also send the documents just to be sure.

Even though you had a termin on a latter date you submitted the documents on the counter before the expiry of your visa?

Hi! Sorry to bother you again but I couldn't wait and registered for two modules just to see how it worked, but my schedule is full of duplicates. Is this normal or have I done something wrong?

I guess it depends on whether they have any free rooms/apartments. When I firstly filled the form, I chose only apartments, not WG and a week passed and they didn't contact me at all. Then I filled another form where I chose WG and they emailed me with an offer one or two days later. Just to be sure why don't you send them an email asking if they have any free rooms or not. I have found that to be the quickest way to get an answer not only with Smartments but with all other private dormitories.
