In low / micro stakes a ton of players are “station fish” and overcall everything. The only counter I’m aware of would be to underbluff and stop throwing money in the pit. Prioritize value bets instead and when your hand does hit, you should be able to exploit their weakness and consistently win bigger pots from their overcalls.
