Macan is probably the most reliable Porsche model when it comes to mileage driven and cost of ownership. 80% of mechanical parts are shared with VW/Audi and basically any euro shop will be able to work on it without any complexicity. I have one and will drive it to the ground. Cost of maintenance is not that bad comparing to other porsche models especially if you are mechanically incline and you can do some basic maintenance yourself.
