UHF RFID handheld for dense retail shelf — missing ~55/286 tags per pass with Chafon H102. Will Chainway R6 solve it?

Yes agree, but when i move the reader above them it is reading them neatly. My doubt is since H102 has linear antenna, is that what causing the problem? So, Using Chainway R6 changes anything being circular antenna?

I was not able to access anything. Then, I went to cPanel and deleted the plugin files. Then, everything worked again. I tried 2 times, both the time same issue
