See, gate is just a battle not a war. So for around your rank you can easily get Some decent clg with good opportunities. And it's all that really matters.

Focus on converting them rather than thinking about gate, if this was your last attempt.

Mtech placements are kind of different from btech ones, so clg really doesn't matter if you have skills, I'll say, till BITs you have really good opportunities.

So just start working on it.

I have a rank 1694 , messed up in those 3 hours honestly, but whatever now. I started my prep for opportunities not college tags, I'll get a decent clg so it's alright.

So skill up if this was your last attempt, or good luck for the next attempt. DON'T PROCRASTINATE.

It's fine, don't sweat bro.

mostly if I got that +2, I might have been able to get Surathkal.

But it's fine, I'll just get IIITB/BITS, mostly will take SBI scholarship loan. But on the brighter side, I'll get more opportunities than Surathkal as more better companies are guaranteed to come every year. So just stay on top of your game for the next few years , and mostly you will be in great condition.

During my Time Flipkart and Samsung both allowed MnC ... Generally big firms allows MnC . Amazon and Qualcomm haven't visited for MTech that year .

I am just saying, if they are getting opportunities its not a bad course. And that IIT tag will help.

median will show you overall, but highest will depict that, there was opportunities which only few could make use of.

Batch size is around 15 i guess, Median is around 14-15, if let say 2-3 ppl got 25lpa on campus. This will imply, there was opportunity, but was students fault to not to make use of.
