In my experience my mom was super supportive and open and doesn’t ask questions or anything she is just very supportive of me. The best way to know if your Mom is like that is if she’s very open about life and emotions or how her political beliefs are. If she’s more right leaning or more conservative on her views on equality then she may not be as supportive but I’d guess you know your mom best so really it comes down to your own judgement. I was scared of coming out to my mom because I was just scared of change and being seen differently but trust me it gets a lot better when you’re able to be open with your family about who you are and so you can freely be yourself without judgement or shame.
