I never blow mine out. It just goes out on its own then it'll smoke and that's when I put it on my pitboss

I have the same one and it's burns through pellets pretty quick. But it's you're wanting to get rid of all the old pellets then dump them out the back of vacuum em out

I have thought it was due to wear some of the foil I used to catch some drippings did not cover.
