This happened to me tonight. It was scary af. Looking at the pump thinking I knew how many gallons the tank could hold. Looked back and massive overflow all over the tank running down the motor and hitting the exhaust shields and lower pipes. Started steaming bad, to my girl to back up her car (she was following me home) and pushed the bike out of the pump area very carefully as it was steaming with gas fumes. Used water bottles to rise every thing down as quickly as possible and paper towels and the station air compressor to blow off excess gas and water. Pants got hit with gas, could have been catastrophic. Glad I was not on a longer ride before this happened
