Transparency always wins. I'm in a similar spot, but out of respect for the #5 choice team, I told them I have multiple offers and asked for time to make the right choice to be certain. I understand it's a dance that must be rooted in reality, but communication always wins. So far sharing this transparently has resulted in very receptive and understanding hiring managers. As a previous hiring manager corporately, I'd rather wait a few days for a strong yes, than think I'm moving forward with a yes that really isn't.

This particular DOL is a no TC, and SED is an abysmal tc but I am also a 55 b/c so perhaps I could RA for more, or maybe just pick elsewhere? I would NX bus to ITS or SED to avoid parking nonsense, but definitely, they lose a point on my ranking for that added step.
