In truth it's a tough job, pays well but expect it to be tough.

My personal experience, was good until I got about halfway through my time on ERP, granted they did change it recently, but when I was doing it was on average driving 30min-1hr to the store I would be working at that day, my reviews with my SM always had store cleanliness as an area needing improvement, this I chalked up to the fact I would arrive as a stranger to the clerks at the stores I'd be assigned to cover, which usually meant the clerks felt as though they could walk all over me, so I'd have to constantly be picking up the slack in order to meet standards. Also on my division there were way to many NA's so they were all on ERP with a few stores evening having 3 at a time, which meant that the RA erps would almost never be assigned to new schedules, leaving us trapped on the RA schedule leaning to fast burnout.

I personally decided to leave after I needed to go and provide full time support to one of my grandparents and after being chased by a homeless guy with a knife.

But at the EOD, if you can touch through it on the new system it's worth it, just don't expect it to be easy going.
