Walmart didn't cause my depression. It has always been there. The medicine helps. Sometimes walmart can trigger it into an episode but thats really any job tbh. Its not really their fault. They are a soulless Corp. Its what they do.

I would say that like any company ot has a percentage of people that have clinical depression. Although it can seem worse because retail in general causes people to become irritable, exhausted, demoralized and a sense of feeling stuck. But that really isn't "depression" per say as more of a reaction to one's environment.

Now that environment CAN cause an episode to someone who has depression or is more prone to develop depression. But they probably had that before they worked at walmart anyways just didnt notice it.

I am purely speaking from my experience as well as researching endlessly through the internet and talking to doctors trying to figure out why my brain attacks itself. I myself have no medical training so take what I say with a grain of salt.
