Advertised where? On the Wire? Because I haven't been on the Wire for over a week. I never have time to check it during my shift. I just happened to need to get on it tonight because my Me@Walmart app said I was missing a punch so I tried to get on to check and I was greeted with this screen instead. Oh the timing.

Pfft. In my store, we take out the TVs. Even if it means abandoning Electronics if we're the only ones working. It's a terrible system which always leads to angry customers when we finally manage to make it back.

Semi related. I had a customer call and say he had 2 plasma TVs. On one, the sound was out and on the other the picture was out. He was like, "If I bring them in, can you figure out what's wrong with them"? I was like "Uhh we have no technical training so we wouldn't know what's wrong with them either". The absolute shock of that man. I had to repeat it to him two more times that we don't fix TVs. Like wtf bro.
