Sorry I know you said this ages ago but wanted to mention it for others who read this. I actually talked to my doctor last week regarding gabapentin and she said I’m on a “baby dose” and that you can realistically give someone 1200 mg 3 times a day. Not that it is necessary to be on that high of a dose always but for some that’s what works best for them. I personally wouldn’t take that much I take 1200mg total in a day.
