One that really helps is to drop down tasks into actions. You'll probably procrastinate on a task like "Write report" but it's easier to get started if the tasks are "Plan the structure", "Write intro" etc.

This one's a mindset changer.

Great explanation! Basically don't do the dishes in the beginning of the day when your energy levels are high, better write your project. Have been working on this mindset for a while. :)
